I just completed an Invisalign treatment with Dr. Patel at PDL. Every visit has been top notch, but I didn’t want to write this review until I finished my treatment. I can now fully recommend PDL, and I have nothing but good things to say! The results I received with my Invisalign were better than I even expected. Prior to the treatment, I had a consultation with Dr. Patel where she really understood what I was looking to achieve. I didn’t feel any sort of judgment or questioning for my smile goals – just engagement and the facts! My treatment was short (only about 3 months), which differs patient to patient. However, because this office uses Propel and the Acceledent, I got results much faster. This is all included in the cost quoted upfront. I am honestly kicking myself for not visiting them sooner! I would hands down recommend PDL for Invisalign treatment in the Triangle. You’ll get the results you want as easily as possible, with no unexpected costs or fees.

Mini laser beam teeth cleaner! X Rays and pictures and before/after pictures of my first cleaning displayed on a tv right in front of me while I was sitting in the chair. They were super aware and concerned about my mouth sensitivity and any other concerns I had about what was about to happen. I especially enjoyed the cleaning procedure. Not a lot of manual scraping on my teeth with metal hook tools like I would use to clean engine parts. They used a little pressure washer and made an amazing difference.

Dr. Patel is a true professional dedicated to the patient experience. Dr. Patel and her staff always make me feel at home. Every time I come to the office there is some new technology that she has implemented to the office. She is always on top of the latest dental trends and procedures, I would not go anywhere else for my dental care.

This dentist office isn’t your basic dental office. It’s luxurious! When I’m here I feel like I’m af a dental spa. I loved that when I got my fillings done I was pampered with a lavender pillow, a warm blanket, and Netflix. My chair also had a built-in massager. I love that the staff really tries to make their patients comfortable during an uncomfortable process.

My husband and I just started coming here and were blown away with the amazing experience. From the professional staff at the front desk, a huge warm welcome as we came in, big beautiful smiles too! The Dr. Dentist took so much one on one time with each of us to learn about us, and the history of our dentist appointments. I’ve never had that before, a consultation to build that one on one relationship which is important when dealing with the anxiety that comes with going to the Dentist. I love everyone that works here but especially Dr. Patel! She is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. The staff and customer service is the best in the business. I came in to replace a crown and get 3 more and felt like I was hangin with friends. If you hate the dentist because you have had some crazy experiences or had life changing experiences please try one last time and come here.
